About Crossways Community Crossways Community is a registered charity (Number 1007156) and a Company Limited by Guarantee (02649197). Registered Office is c/o Foot Davson Ltd (Chartered Accountants), 17 Church Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent. TN1 1LG
Who runs Crossways Community? Crossways is ultimately run by directors/trustees who responsible for the overall control of the charity to ensure that it is properly managed and define and revise the vision of the charity in keeping with the Articles of Association under which Crossways was originally founded. They also have the responsibility to ensure that the legal requirements of the Charities Act and Companies Acts are complied with. A lot of their responsibilities are delegated to the Management Team who are made up of the Chief Executive, the managers of each of the departments and non-employed members who have had a long connection with Crossways and are sympathetic with its aims. Responsibility for day-to-day activities is delegated to the managers of each of the departments (the three houses and the Admin department) who manage delegated budgets.
