We have completed building 6 independent living flats in the grounds of Culverdale and six people from their have moved in.

 

How much will it cost to stay in one of the new flats?

The rent has been set at £191.54 a week as from 1st April 2010. Tunbridge Wells Housing Benefit will pay this amount if someone is in receipt of Income Support. Someone who is in receipt of Incapacity Benefit &/or has capital above £6,000 &/or is in employment would receive less help from Housing Benefit. Click here for more information about benefits.
